Antigone Production
Tuesday, 22 February 2011
This Tuesday and Wednesday, February 22 and 23, IAA invites you to our performance of the classical Greek play 'Antigone' by Sophocles. In the "theatre world", this play is considered to be timeless and it is with great delight that the Drama Department presents it to the IAA community. The play will be performed entirely in Arabic and has been a huge project for our Drama Department to take on but, with perseverance and the talented students of Grade 8, 10, 11 and 12, we have made the journey together. The play will start at 7pm - please do arrive early as the performance will start promptly and latecomers may be denied entry. Tickets are for sale ....
