Today the Primary Music students impressed us with their skills during their Assembly- not only in their singing but also in their ability to play musical instruments. Congratulations to all involved!

On Wednesday, May 4 the KS2 students had a wonderful time at Sports Day. There were track and field events as well as fun games. Yet another excellent Primary Event!
IAA Website Wins First Place in 2011 Pan Arab Web Awards

IAA's website has won the Golden award in the 2011 Pan Arab Web Awards competition under the Education category. This is incredibly exciting news for IAA, as well as for our web developer, Media Plus. The Pan Arab Web Awards aims to serve as an inspiration, archive and at the same time reward creators for their skills so that they continue to improve it. It is also to promote the innovative spirit of web designers to meet professional and international standards, to promote intellectual and production opportunities, as well as to develop an interactive proactive and reactive community that aims at providing recognition to this e-sector in the most superlative way. This event has already been considered by the industry as one of the top award programs. IAA is extremely honored to receive this award. Grade 1 Production

Grade 1 students put on a fabulous production this morning titled 'Rock Your Body'. The students sang songs about the importance of taking care of your body - our bones, circulatory system and reminded us all to eat healthy. Way to go Grade 1 for putting on a fabulous production!
RCIMUN Conference- Istanbul, Turkey

The first week of April  thirteen students from Grades 8, 10 & 11 attended the Annual Robert College International MUN Conference. For many of the IAA students who participated, this was their first MUN Conference. The students did remarkably well and learned a lot. There was also time for touring around Istanbul and to see famous sites such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Museum and shop in the Grand Bazaar and Egyptian Spice Market.
