Grade 8 students took part in the MUN conference, organised by the National Orthodox School during the weekend.
They debated topics like Brexit, racial and gender oppression by police, establishing feasible actions to achieve the UN"s sustainable development goals and a critique of the Jordan National Red Sea Development Project.
It was a great experience to practice listening to different perspectives, asking thought-provoking questions and public speaking.
