In support of Yasmeen Zabian, U-17 Women’s World Cup

Support IAA"s Grade 11, Yasmeen Zabian, in the upcoming U-17 Women"s World Cup football game on Friday, September 30, at the Amman International Stadium. Jordan will play Spain at 8pm. IAA is offering a package which includes an entrance ticket, transportation and a bottle of water for JD12. Please pay at Finance asap, since seats are limited. IAA buses will leave IAA at 5:45pm. We will enjoy the opening ceremony, watch the opening match and be back in school by 11pm. Students in Pre-K to Grade 4 must be accompanied by their parents.

 

Innovative Teaching At IAA

Two professional educational consultants, Rima Al Kurdi and Tania Lattanzio, were at IAA over the weekend working with our staff on teaching skills development.

Tania is one of the world"s leading experts on inquiry-learning and Rima is a trainer for the Arabic language, Religion and Social Studies (Arabic), who has recently signed a contract with Sesame Street in Arabic. Their strategies will be integrated in the context of our curriculum and teaching at IAA.
