Congratulations IAA's Grade 10!

Wednesday, August 1, 2018
Congratulations to IAA's Grade 10 students on their great performance in the IB-MYP e-assessments. We would particularly like to congratulate those who scored over 50 points (out of 56) and our top student who scored 55 points. We would also like to congratulate those students who took voluntary additional subjects and who now have 11 MYP subject grades for their transcripts. We have 54 students in Grade 10 and all 54 were entered for the full MYP Certificate. We are pleased to announce that we scored above the IB world average in all but two of our subjects, and that our average MYP total was significantly higher than last year. As usual, we are encouraged by the strong performance in the Interdisciplinary exam, which is a confirmation that our students can genuinely draw on bodies of knowledge from many disciplines and integrate them to create new understanding. We wish our Grade 10 students all the best for their Diploma years, which given the MYP results attained this year, look to be very promising. Alf Mabrouk.
