Grade 6 provided the yummy treats, of which there was surely no shortage! Classes competed to raise money for charity, with all students coming out en masse to sample the wide range of goodies on display. Congratulations to our enthusiastic Grade 6 for a job well done! Who thought fund-raising could be so tasty?
Parents and staff came together to enjoy morning coffee and sweets in commemoration of Eid Al Adha this year, compliments of the PTA. Tradition and community - the glue that binds!
IAA wishes all staff, students and parents a blessed Eid Al-Adha this coming week. This is an important time of year for our community, as it reaffirms the centrality of generosity, sacrifice and almsgiving... As we spend these festive days with our families and friends, I ask that we reflect on our individual responsibility to contribute to the well-being of others, a willingness to give without hesitation in order to uphold the values that we hold so dear within our school and society at large.
Please be reminded that the break from school over the Eid begins on Tuesday, 22nd September. All students are expected to return to campus on Monday, 28th September. The school will be closed on Sunday, 27th September.
